Frances Tucker Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 5, 2020, at the age of 77, Frances Tucker of Hilltop, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mable "Lily" Leach and Fermon Edmond Leach of Oak Hill, WV.; her siblings, Myrle Faye Leach, Tabbitha Karen Leach, Rocky Layne Leach and Fermon "Buddy" Leach; and her daughter Theresa Lynn Flemming.
She is survived by: her boyfriend Matthew Scaggs; her children, Trena Malpass (Paul), Russell Tucker Jr. (Mary), Tammy Campbell (Kenneth) and Linda Williams (Michael); and her siblings, Patricia Kay Nicholes, Donna "Reneah Hickman and Timmy Leach. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Facial coverings and social distancing will be observed as mandated by the Governor of WV.
