It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Robert Milam of Herndon, West Virginia, who passed away on December 14, 2020, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Oswald Milam and Mary Margaret Pugalee Milam; his brother Billy Gene Milam; and his great grandchild Ethan Lowe. He is survived by: his wife Carol Anne Milam of Herndon; and his children, Robbie Milam (Denise) of Shady Spring, Richard Milam (Michelle) of Basin, Ricky Gene Milam of Bud and Rhonda Anne Mckinney (Charles) of Basin. He is also survived by three brothers; three sisters; eleven grandchildren; and nine great grandchildren.
