He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy E Sippel and Mary M Sippel (Bailey); and his brothers, Mike, Richard and Charles Sippel.
He is survived by: his wife Tracy Macafee; his son Kenneth (Alana); his grandchildren, Jordon, Trey, Jaxson, Sophia and Richard; his son William (Alyssa); his grandson Weston Eli; his daughter Melinda (Brian); his grandchildren, Braelynn and Owen; and his mother-in-law Margaret (Wheezy). He is also survived by nieces and nephews, and many friends.
