With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patsy Josephine Stotler of Hedgesville, West Virginia, born in Hancock, Maryland, who passed away on April 7, 2022 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen Shaffer and Goldie Blanche Garlock Shives; and her brother Stephen Lee Shives. She is survived by: her husband Jack William Stotler; her children, Diana Master of Hedgesville, Kirk Stotler of Hedgesville, Pamela Kerns (Jeffery) of Capon Bridge, WV and James Novak of Hedgesville; her grandchildren, Whitney, T. J., Amber, Bethany, Matthew, Taylor and Garrett; and her great grandchildren, Jayden, Zayne, Landon, Walker and Marshall.
