He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Rafter-Burger (Ben) of Fairplay, MD and Kirk Rafter, Jr. of Martinsburg, WV; his siblings, Charles Denhardt (Lynda) of Rochester, NY and Carolyn Renner of McAllen, TX; his grandson Scottie Burkett (Kirstie) of Williamsport, MD; and his great grandchild Charlotte. He is also survived by 3 nephews; 1 niece.
