He was predeceased by: his parents, Newton Lee Butts and Madine Margie Butts (Spielman); and his brother Louis Butts. He is survived by: his girlfriend Betty Lou Teter (Duvall); his son Curtis Teter; his daughter-in-law Barbara Hutchens; his grandchildren, Dennis Hutchens and Justine Teter; his great grandchild Noah Hutchens; and his brothers, Mark and Richard Butts.
Visitors will be required to wear face masks, practice social distancing, follow directives.
