It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeffrey Markley (Hedgesville, West Virginia), who passed away on December 6, 2018, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Dennis Victor Markley; his brothers, Kenneth Dale Smith and Andrew Evans; and his nephew Kenneth E. Newsome. He is survived by: his parent Dakota Annabell Smith Markley; his wife Saundra Shirk Markley; his children, Larry Donald Shoemaker, Jr., Bradley Scott Markley, Jeffrey Tyler Markley and Susan J. Seals (Jeremy); his grandchildren, Jacob Seals, Elizabeth Seals, Yasmine Shoemaker and Angelisa Markley; and his siblings, Dennis Lee Markley (Brenda) of Highview, WV, Victor Eugene Markley of Hedgesville, Brenda Wasson (Darrell) of Hedgesville and Ann Hyson (Rick) of Martinsburg. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
