He is survived by: his sons, Frederick H. "Freddie" Cook, III of Hedgesville, WV, William P. "Bill" Cook of Hedgesville, WV, Carlton D. "Danny" Cook of Hedgesville, WV, Arthur L. Cook of Hedgesville, WV, Brian M. Cook of Hedgesville, WV and Shawn J. "Jason" Cook of Hedgesville, WV; and his siblings, Jack, Ronnie Cook, Carol Doman, Connie Huyett, Minnie Jenkins, Sandra McCormick, Bonita Hutzler, Darlene Galbus and Betty Cook. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
