He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Jennings and Nellie Grimes Lewis of Virginia; his wife Doris Jean "Deanie" Lewis (Collis); his son Gary Lewis; his sister Frances Sopko; and his granddaughter Jessie Slonaker Gleason.
He is survived by: his children, Keith Lewis (Dee), Donald (Lewis, Jr.), Cindy Flagg (Robert "Dee"), Karen Slonaker (Brad) and Dawn Leasure (Mike); and his brother William Lewis. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren.
Visitors will be required to wear face masks, practice social distancing, and follow directives.
