He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Harrison Smith and Cora Elizabeth Kenney Smith. He is survived by: his wife Dotti Hahn Smith; his children, Dennis Ray Smith, II, Jamie, Mechelle D. Smith, Chad W. Smith and Neal Jacob Smith (Michelle); and his siblings, James R. Smith, Wayne D. Smith (Sandy), Barbara Anders (Dave), Sandy Burrows (James), Diana Myers (David) and Donna Gregory (Matt). He is also survived by six grandchildren; one great grandchild.
