He was predeceased by: his father John W. Chambers. He is survived by: his brother John Andrew Chambers; his nieces, Ashley Cosner (Jason Cosner) and Katelyn Chambers; his great-niece Mackenzie Chambers; and his great-nephew Rafe Marple. He is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
