She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Ray Pennington and Hazel Mary Scrutton Pennington; her sister Beverly Campbell; and her siblings-in-law, Val Pennington and John Adams.
She is survived by: her son Michael Pennington (Belinda) of Harpers Ferry; her grandson Evan; and her siblings, Carol Williams (Kenny) of Harpers Ferry, Donna Adams of Glen Burnie, Elaine Schrift (Chris) of Harpers Ferry and Steve Pennington of Deale, MD. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
