Armstrong of Harpers Ferry; her siblings, Dorothy Thompson of Louisiana, Betty Popkins of Harpers Ferry, Donna Greenwalt (Frank) of Middleway, Charles Popkins Sr. of Martinsburg and Gene Popkins (Marlene) of Middleway; and also, Harry W. Armstrong (Debbie) of Charleston, Joseph A. Armstrong (Kim) of Gerrardstown and Randall of Harpers Ferry. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
