We are sad to announce that on October 27, 2018, at the age of 34, Jackie West (Harpers Ferry, West Virginia), born in Fairfax, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Richard; and her grandparents, William West and Virginia West. She is survived by: her parent Barbara Susan Milburn McCroskey; her daughter Madisen Nichole Horay; her sisters, Vanessa Lee Milburn (Eddie Weaver Jr.) of Front Royal, Crystal Lee West and Toni Michelle McCroskey; and her grandparents, Carol Milburn of Front Royal and Charles Cressel of Front Royal.
