It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jackie Lloyd Hays Jr. (Harpers Ferry, West Virginia), born in Colchester, Vermont, who passed away on February 28, 2019, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jackie Lloyd Hays, Sr. and Barbara Jean Pike Hays; his stepfather Bernard Congdon; and his brother Rickey Hays. He is survived by: his wife Robin; his children, Catherine Hays of Ranson, WV, Maddison Hays of Harpers Ferry and Jacob Hays of Harpers Ferry; his grandchildren, Shayla Bunny, Kyra McDonald and Malasia Bush; and his brother Jeff Hays. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
