He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Louis Staubs and Mary Ellen Horn Staubs; his son Louis Lee Staubs; and his brother John M. Staubs. He is survived by: his spouse Mary; his children, Sherry Johnson of Harpers Ferry and Joey Staubs (Melissa) of Harpers Ferry; his grandchildren, Austin Frye, Savannah Johnson, Joseph Staubs and Evan Staubs; his nephews, Nathan Gifft and Jason Gifft; and his siblings, Mary Ellen Showalter, Ann Marie Staubs and Kenny Staubs.
