He was predeceased by: his parents, John N. Willingham and Nina Mae Fritz Willingham; his son Shannin Willingham; and his siblings, Robert David, Pete, Edward Lee Willingham, Nina Corrine and Phyllis Jean Willingham.
He is survived by: his children, John Thomas "JT" Willingham, Tonya Sue Perkins (Donald) and Megan Rae Willingham; his grandsons, Michael and Brian; and his siblings, Donald Eugene Willingham, John H. Willingham, Betty Hough, Thelma Brinkley, Mary Lou Evans and Vicki Ann Taylor.
