He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor D. Mills and Della V. Wolfe Mills; and his great grandchild Dominic Swartz. He is survived by: his wife Corrine McClanathan Mills; his children, Vicki Cordell (Todd Gardener), Wayne Mills, Lisa Eagle (Billy) and Tammy Kirby (Kenny); his grandchildren, Dez McCullough, Traci Cornwell, Jessica Patterson, Stephanie Wesmiller, David Speaker and Paloma McCarty; and his great grandchildren, Robert, Ariel Langlotz, Rozalynn Patterson, Taylor and Tessa Cornwell. He is also survived by brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, cousins.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made to the Cleveland Clinic in Elmer's honor.
