She was predeceased by: her parents, Harley Delbert McCain and Wannah Greathouse Moyer; her children, Donna Price, Charlotte Hathaway, Brenda K. Gladden and Timothy Gladden; and her siblings, William McCain and Elizabeth Rush.
She is survived by: her husband Vernon Gladden; her children, Vernon Gladden, Jr. and Staci Woodward (John Wasson); and her siblings, Harley McCain, Jr., Nancy Funkhouser and Alice Jackson. She is also survived by four grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
