He is survived by: his mother Mary Sheila Dornellas Mittelholzer; his wife Angela Turner Mittelholzer; his children, Hunter Mayle, Courtney Kelsey (Mike) and Amethyst Mayle; his grandchild Sydney Lynn Kelsey; his siblings, Dominic Mittelholzer (Debbie), Simon Mittleholzer (Linda) and Peeta Woolsey (Dave); his sisters-in-law, Amanda Brackett (Gerry) and Wendy Hess; his nephew Colton; his mother-in-law Janet Butts; his stepmother-in-law Kathryn Turner; and his former wife Debbie Mittleholzer. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
