She was predeceased by: her parent Henry Smith; her husband William C. Pifer, Sr.; her son William C. Pifer, Jr.; and her brother Henry "Sonny" Smith. She is survived by: her parent Bertha Frye Smith; her daughter Vicky Smith (Robert) of Gerrardstown; her daughter-in-law Kay Pifer of Middleway; her grandsons, Chris Pifer, Brian Pifer, Matt Smith and Ben Smith; her great grandchildren, Stephanie Hawkins, Zander Pifer, Benjamin Smith, Reagan Hawkins and Indie Hawkins; her siblings, Margaret Weiant and Bobby Smith; and her sister-in-law Linda Smith. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
