She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Webster Ray, Sr. and Myrtle Cora Ray (Johnson); and her brothers, Manuel Ray of Eleanor, Harry Webster Ray, Jr and Jim Johnson of Willoughby.
She is survived by: her husband Jim Frazier of Fraziers Bottom; her brother Gary W. Ray (Cindy) of Oak Hill; and her children, Kaylyn Cole, Emma Cole Hatfield and Alex Cole.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made in her memory to the Fraziers Bottom United Methodist Church Building Preservation Fund, 916 Stave Branch Road, Fraziers Bottom, WV 25082.
