He is survived by: his parent Jeanne MacDonald (Murray); his son Scott MacDonald (Sandal) of Middletown, VA; and his grandchildren, Michael MacDonald Jr. of Barton, Kristy MacDonald of Barton, Misty Thomas of Keyser, WV and Katlynn MacDonald of Fort Ashby, WV.
