We are sad to announce that on November 21, 2023, at the age of 82, Larry Ellis Troutman of Fort Ashby, West Virginia, born in Cumberland, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Troutman and Hazel Alkire Troutman; his brother James Troutman; his brother-in-law Earlie Delaney; and his parents-in-law, John and Irene Nelson.
He is survived by: his wife Rita Nelson; his sisters-in-law, Beverly Delaney, Shelia Kesner (Tim) and Carolyn Troutman Kriglein; his nephew Nelson Kesner; and his nieces, Amanda Delaney Grose and Sharyn Sibley. He is also survived by two great nieces and four great nephews.
