He was predeceased by: his parents, Estal Franklin Wagoner and Ellen LaBerta Wagoner (Gulick); his wife Dorothy Imogene Wagoner; his brother James R. Wagoner, Sr.; and his sister-in-law Neva Wagoner.
He is survived by: his children, Freddie Wagoner (Melissa) of Martinsburg, Donnie Wagoner (Lisa) and Rhonda Fridley (Gary) of Ft. Ashby; his grandchildren, Scott Fridley (Kelli) of Short Gap, WV, Brandon Wagoner (Kaitlyn) of Bunker Hill, WV, Daniel Fridley (Lauren) of Cameron, NC, Megan LeMasters (Zack) of Short Gap, WV, Dylan Wagoner of Morgantown, WV and Kaitlin Follero (Caleb) of Martinsburg; his great grandchildren, Parker, Hayden, Ainslee, Audrey, Ezekiel, Arabella and Elliana; his sister Janet Platt (Wagoner); and his friend Sherry Weaver (Wolford). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
