He was predeceased by: his father William L. Whitehair; and his brothers, Kenneth and Michael Whitehair. He is survived by: his mother Edyth Whitehair (Vaughan) of Follansbee, WV; his children, Eric Whitehair of Baltimore, MD, Richard Whitehair of Commerce, GA and Amber Whitehair of Woodlawn, MD; the mother of his children Elaine Whitehair of Follansbee, WV; and his siblings, Joyce Goldsmith (Bob) of Cape Coral, FL, Cassandra Bent (John) of Baltimore, MD, Gregory Whitehair of Baltimore, MD, Renee Carter of Baltimore, MD, Regina Morgan (Reese) of Baltimore, MD and Eric Whitehair of Baltimore, MD. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
