Rebecca Rowland Obituary
We are sad to announce that on May 2, 2021, at the age of 65, Rebecca Rowland of Follansbee, West Virginia, born in Wheeling, West Virginia passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Rebecca Rowland to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Marcelene Bayless Clark Mozingo and Jack Clark. She is survived by: her husband Luther Charles Rowland; her daughters, Heather Rahr (Jim) of Colliers and Tiffany Boyd (Lucas) of Wellsburg; her siblings, Linda Molnar (Jim), Ella Weaver (Chuck) and Jack Clark (Karen); and her sisters-in-law, Virginia Haddon (late James), Laci, Pickles and Marmaduke. She is also survived by her husband, daughters and grandchildren.
