She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Givens and Jessica Givens (Smith); her husband James "Ed" Lemasters; and her siblings, Eleanor Schuessler and Charles Givens.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Fox (Louis) of Proctor, WV and Bill Lemasters (Mary Ann) of Follansbee, WV; and her granddaughter Beth Fox. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
