It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paul Edward Richards (Follansbee, West Virginia), born in Wellsburg, West Virginia, who passed away on August 6, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse VanSky and Elaine Richards (Watson); his wife Margory Richards (Kincaid); and his siblings, Bill, Jim, Bob, George, Tom Richards, Rose Marie Forsythe and Mary Mozingo.
He is survived by: his children, Tamara Lynn Ballato (Anthony) of Waverly, VA, Terry Richards (Kathy McNeely) of Steubenville, OH and Timothy Lee Richards of Charleston, WV; his grandchildren, Nicole Ballato, Thomas Ballato, Savannah Richards and Shannon McNeely; and his great grandchild Scarlet Rose Hardin. He is also survived by 17 nephews and 13 nieces.
