She is survived by: her husband Paul Cooper; her children, Cheryll Weekley (Jeff) of Wellsburg, Thomas William Hicks (Teresa) of Follansbee, Candis Perna (Brian) of Chester, Nellie Lamp, Jim Hicks and Eddie Hicks; her sister Rebecca Smith; and her grandchildren, Brian Perna, Hayden Hicks, Janessa Hicks and Izzabella Stemple. She is also survived by numerous other grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
