We are sad to announce that on August 20, 2020, at the age of 84, Nancy Ellen Waugh of Follansbee, West Virginia, born in Wheeling, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Dieringer and Zelma Dieringer (Scott). She is survived by: her husband Rev. Roy "Carl" Waugh; her children, Lori Cline (Doyle) of Toronto, OH, Linda Johnson (Brent) of Follansbee, WV, Carla Waugh of Follansbee, WV and Doug Waugh (Debra) of Pickerington, OH; and her sister Susan Ackerman (Tom) of Wheeling, WV. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
