She is survived by: her parents, James Irwin and Judith Gala (DiPaolo); her stepfather Joseph Gala of Follansbee, WV.; her husband Robert V. Carroll; her children, Maddison of Follansbee, WV and Aspen Carroll of Follansbee, WV; and her sisters, Carol Mullins of Follansbee, WV and Cathy Irwin of Moon Township, PA. She is also survived by several cousins, extended family and many friends.
