He is survived by: his children, Maribeth Krzys (Jeff) of Follansbee, WV, Anthony Pavlik of Sweden, Christopher Pavlik of England, Janet Shultz (Preston) of Weirton, WV, Karen Freund (Tom) and Jeff Geary (Melissa) of Wintersville, OH; his sister Helen Rogowski of Weirton, WV; his grandmother Janie; and his grandchildren, Sam, Amanda, Taylor, Danielle, Dakota, Madison and Ryder.
