She is survived by: her children, Gene Westfall (Penny) and Cindy Casto of Wellsburg, WV; her stepchildren, Dwayne Wellman (Lisa) and Janet Wellman of Wellsburg, WV; her daughter-in-law Sherri Wellman of Austintown, OH; her grandchildren, Shane Casto, Crystal Casto, Sabrine Westfall, Sean Wellman, Jeff Wellman (Emily), Erica Arras (Ryan), Timothy Martin Jr., Nick Martin, Codie Martin, Amber Hannen and Duane Wellman; and her great grandchild Hayden Casto.
