She is survived by: her parents, Paul Smith and Donna Smith (Tate) of Follansbee, WV; her husband Pete DeStefano III; her son Nicolas Destefano (Ontasia Petteway) of Follansbee, WV; her brother Jared Smith (Denise) of Weirton, WV; her mother-in-law Dolores DeStefano of Follansbee, WV; her grandmothers, Shirley Craig of Wellsburg, WV and Martha Tipton of Wellsburg, WV; and her pets, CoCo and Maverick.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the Mullenbach Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
