He is survived by: his mother Donna Stephen (Lamb) of Follansbee, WV.; his children, Floyd Gregory Stephen, Jr. of Follansbee, WV, Elicia Stacey (Edward) of Toronto, OH, Zachary Stephen of Pittsburgh, PA and Ryan Stephen of Pittsburgh, PA; and his siblings, Gary Stephen (Bobbi) of Wellsburg, WV, Kevin Stephen (Mary) of Ala, John Stephen (Billie Jo) of Follansbee, WV, Jeffery Stephen (Melissa) of Follansbee, WV, Tom Stephen of Parkersburg, WV, Vickie Congelio (Don) of Wellsburg, WV and Kimberly Powell. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
