He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Taylor and Cora Taylor (Felton). He is survived by: his children, Donald C. Taylor, Jr. (Bobbie) of Wellsburg, WV, Joan Williams of Wellsburg, WV, Robert Taylor of Wellsburg, WV and Ted Nilsson (Yvonne). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 37 great grandchildren; 14 great great grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
