He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph John Zombeck and Ethel Marie Zombeck (Adamson); and his siblings, Joseph "Fuggie", Francis "Sis", Ronald "Peelow", Janet, Stanley "Goonie" and Timothy "Monkey".
He is survived by: his wife Darlene "Pippy" Florence Zombeck (Buchanan) of Follansbee, WV; his son Dennis Waye Stephens; and his siblings, Rick "Ki" Zombeck (Lori Allen), Albert "Alemo" Zombeck, Larry "LayLay" Zombeck, Charles "Chuck" Zombeck, Michael "Matt" Zombeck, Barbara "Babesy" and Randy "Shake" Zombeck. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
