Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Clarence Virtue of Follansbee, West Virginia, who passed away at the age of 94, on August 1, 2021. He was predeceased by: his parents, Morgan "Mort" and Mary Thelma Virtue (Burkhart); and his sister Mary Williamson. He is survived by: his wife Marvel A. Virtue (Verner); and his grandchildren, Chris and Christina. He is also survived by five great granddaughters and a great great grandson.
In lieu of flowers we would appreciate donations be made to the Follansbee Cat shelter and the Steubenville Animal shelter.
