She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis "Tank" Sayre Sr. and Peggy Sayre (Black); her son Shane Lazear; her brother Francis E. "Tankie" Sayre Jr.; and her brother-in-law Ronnie Means.
She is survived by: her husband John Bullock; her son Shawn Lazear Sr. (Tracy) of Follansbee, WV; her grandchildren, Alicia Lazear, Shawn Lazear Jr., Kayla McAllister (Aaron) and John Michael Lazear (Meikka Buffo); her great grandchildren, Rylee, Chloe, Jase, Jaiden, Connor, Adeline, Gavin, Brooke, Sadie and Michael; her sisters, Della Means of Wellsburg, WV and Bobbie Jean Gibon of Follansbee, WV; and her sister-in-law Marlene Sayre of Beech Bottom, WV. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
