He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Nice and Bessie Nice (Postlewait); his grandparents, Jesse and Claire Postlewait; and his siblings, Jack Nice, Bob Nice and Patricia Snodgrass.
He is survived by: his wife Judith Ann Nice (Welshans); his children, Kenneth Leroy Nice (Hilda) of Kingwood, TX, Sue Ann Moore (Harry) of Follansbee, WV, Betty Jo Cale of Steubenville, OH and Peter John Nice of Follansbee, WV; and his grandsons, Levi Charles Moore of Leland, NC and Dylan Carl Moore of Follansbee, WV.
