We are sad to announce that on December 12, 2020, at the age of 63, Bette Jean Tennant of Follansbee, West Virginia, born in Wheeling, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Witsberger and Bette Witsberger; and her sister Carol Nash. She is survived by: her sons, Jay Skaggs (Samantha) of Conneaut, OH, Jonathan Murphy (Samantha) of Weirton, WV and Sean Murphy (Kristi) of Follansbee, WV; her grandchildren, Katlynn Sheppard, Kacie Murphy, Jaxon Murphy, Jayda Skaggs, Aria Skaggs, Jayce Skaggs and Kinsley Murphy; and her brothers, Phil, Rich, Frank and Fred Witsberger.
In lieu of flowers the family asked you to make donations to the clothes closet at Four Seasons Community Center at 129 School St. Steubenville, OH 43952.
