She is survived by: her son Shane Smith of Follansbee, WV; and her siblings, Al Smith (Tina) of Steubenville, OH, Robyn Moore of Wellsburg, WV and Brenda Alexander (Dennis) of Texas. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
