It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Earline Shrewsbury of Flat Top, West Virginia, who passed away on November 20, 2022, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Billy Blackmon; and her mother-in-law Doris Shrewsbury. She is survived by: her mother Earline Blackmon (Neal); her husband Dan Shrewsbury; her brother Patrick Blackmon (Tammy); her children, Clint Shrewsbury and Kelly Brown (Jake); her grandchildren, Hallie and Elsie; and her daughter Carrie Ordway (Garett).
