He was predeceased by: his father John Leroy; and his sister Patsy Dellinger. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Lorraine Miller (McCardell); his sons, Randy Hart (Amy Hetzer), David Hart (Starla) and Chris Miller (Kim Lykins); and his grandchildren, Staci Dagenhart, Danae Park, Brian Hart, Dylan Hart and Lucas Miller. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
