He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred and Mary L. Franklin (Green); and his siblings, Larry Franklin and Amy Franklin. He is survived by: his wife Robin Franklin; his children, Angie Franklin (Jason Clawson) and Gary Franklin (Karissa Mordesovitch); his siblings, Patty Huffman of Kansas, Peggy Trainor of Kansas and Jerry Franklin of Falling Waters, WV; and his grandchildren, Kaleb, Aria and Donnie. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
