It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank Kenneth Scott Jr. of Falling Waters, West Virginia, born in Hagerstown, Maryland, who passed away on April 29, 2022, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank K. Scott, Sr. and Betty L. Barger (Walls); and his brother Williams Walls, Sr.. He is survived by: his sisters, Janie Anselmo and Dixie Ashby; and his children, Shawn Scott, Timothy Scott and Amy Scott. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
