He was predeceased by: his son Andrew Smith; and his brothers, Bobby Smith, Glen Smith, Joker Smith and Buster Smith.
He is survived by: his daughter Barbara Agee (Kenneth); his siblings, Bernard Smith (Susie), Belva Weese and Betty Koontz; his grandchildren, Kaleigh Morris (Steven), Aiden Crider and Emily Crider; and his great grandchild Kayson Morris (Judy Judy).
