He is survived by: his stepchildren, Brian Charles Allen of Urbana, MD and Theresa Gail Nester of Sykesville, MD; his stepgrandchildren, Tina, Lisa, Samantha, Dylan, Angela, Michael and Brian; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Hannah, Cameron and Athena. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
