He is survived by: his children, Patsy Allen of Dunbar, Donald Allen (Pam) of Teays Valley, Thomas Allen Jr. (Cherry) of Hurricane and Sharon Strickland (Jessie) of Hurricane; his grandchildren, Billy Allen (Jackie) of Chicago, IL, Kevin Allen of Pinch, Sherry Cook (Aaron) of Madison, Amber Morgan (Todd) of Hurricane, Jeremy Allen (Jessica) of Charleston, Jessica White (Ben) of Charleston and Troy Huffmaster of Virginia; and his siblings, Alberta Allen of Cincinnati, OH and Bill Allen of Cincinnati, OH. He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
